This page explains how to remove data ASTRO holds about you. Pick whichever of the three matches what you want gone. None of them require waiting on us.
Remove a connected Instagram, Facebook, or Threads account
Use this when you want ASTRO to stop accessing a social account, and to delete what it already pulled.
From inside ASTRO:
- Sign in and go to Account → Integrations.
- Find the connected account and choose Disconnect.
Or from Facebook, without signing in to ASTRO:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Connections that reach Pages and Instagram live there rather than under Apps and Websites; if ASTRO is not listed, check Apps and Websites as well.
- Select ASTRO in the list.
- Choose Remove.
Either route revokes our access tokens immediately and deletes the profile information, follower counts, and post metadata we retrieved through that account. Nothing you entered into your catalog by hand is affected.
Delete specific records
Anything you created inside ASTRO — a work, a recording, an agreement, an uploaded file — can be deleted from its own screen while signed in. Deleted records are removed from your workspace immediately and purged from backups within 35 days.
Delete your entire account
Email contact@astrorights.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
This erases your catalog, royalty records, uploaded files, connected accounts, and access tokens. We retain only what law requires us to keep — principally financial records, held for seven years and used for nothing else. Ask us first if you want an export of your data; we will send it in a portable format before anything is deleted.
